The following, which had been advanced to third reading from the               
May 10, 1995, calendar (page 2051), was read the third time:                   
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 21(RES)                                                
"An Act relating to penalties for violations of commercial fishing            
laws."                                                                         
                                                                               
Representative Parnell declared a conflict of interest.
